Water Conservation Results
The Board wishes to thank all residents for paying attention to
leaky toilets and other water waste. As you may know, special
attention and conservation measures should be employed between December
28th and February 28th of each year. Water consumption during this
2-month period sets the sewer billing charge for the year. With
homeowner help, the sewer charges for 2008 went down by $1,700 from
2007.
The water reports showing the progress made can be viewed in Adobe pdf
format from the HOA tab by clicking here.
These reports reflect all water meter use for all buildings in Stoney
Brook from 2001 through the Mar-April billing period of 2008. The
number of Units on each meter is reflected on these reports. The
reports also provide consumption for the Association's irrigation meters
which reflect water used for topping off ponds and summer irrigation. |

| A Reminder: Roof Regulations
If you have plans to replace your roof, please refer to
Rule # 12 of the Rules and Regulations appearing in the back
pages of your directory, which states:
"The Owner shall be responsible for maintaining the
roof in good repair and condition, and shall not modify,
repair, or replace the roof without the prior written
approval of the Association. All roof replacements shall
be made using the Presidential TL Shake, Shadow Gray, Class A
Fire-Rated, 3-piece laminate, as manufactured by
Certainteed."
