We first called Pinnacle to clean ouir gutters and install gutter guards just before we bought our home in 2009. The person they sent seemed to have done a good job. We called them again recently to clean our gutters and the owner, Nate Ellis, happened to come that day because I expressed concern about one section of gutter which seemed to lack a guard. He and his worker did an excellent job cleaning. Further, Mr. Ellis expressed concern about the innitial installation of the guard. At his own initiative and at no cost to us, he re-installed and replaced the gutter protection. Mr. Ellis wanted to make sure that all of their service to us was of the highest quality. I was very impressed with his dedication to high standards and customer service. I wish to recommend their service without reservation and will gladly serve as a reference if any other homeowner wishes to have more information./Unit 454
