The Stoney Brook Board is responsible for the governance of the affairs of the Association.  Only Owners eligible to vote, current in the payment of Assessments, and otherwise in good standing, may be elected to, or appointed to fill a vacancy on the Board.

 

BOARD NOTICES

The Board of Directors meetings are normally scheduled to take place at 6:30 pm in the Clubhouse on the fourth Tuesday of each month.  Check the Events Calendar for any changes.  Since seating is limited, anyone planning to attend a Board meeting should call the HOA office at 303-771-4656 to let us know you plan to attend.
