Notice of Board Meetings to Consider the Budget

Included in this month’s Newsletter mailing is the formal 30-day notification that the Board of Directors will be approving a budget for 2009 at its December 16, 2008 meeting. Please, read the documents carefully. The Board will be discussing the 2009 budget at its November 18 meeting and then, approving the budget in its final form at the December 16 meeting. All homeowners are welcome to attend and comment at both meetings.
